Dear Student,

If you are an Overseas Chinese student in the IBP-BM group preparing to transfer to IBBA this summer and encounter prerequisite restrictions during course registration, you cannot enroll in the course in the 1st and 2nd Course Selection, but you will be fine until the 3rd Course Selection. If you want to enroll in it before the 3rd term, please complete the form by June 20.

The IBBA Office will collect requests and coordinate with the offering departments to help remove prerequisite restrictions, allowing eligible students to participate in the second round of course registration.

If you do not submit the form, then we won't do anything. You may also choose to register during the third round. If you are still unable to enroll, we will do our best to assist during the add/drop period.

⚠️ Please note:

• This arrangement applies only to required courses in your current year level.
• Retaken or delayed select courses are not guaranteed to receive assistance.
• Only undergraduate English-taught CTM courses (course numbers below 4) are eligible. Graduate-level courses (course numbers 5 and above) and certain departmental courses may require enrollment during the third round or add/drop period.
• Course enrollment remains subject to course capacity and university regulations. Enrollment cannot be guaranteed.
• Please ensure all information is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing.
