【Exchange Program】2026 UST Student Exchange Program(2026Fall/2027Spring)–First Round Application Before Dec. 19th

Dear Students,

The 2026 Academic Year UST (University System of Taiwan) Student Exchange Program(2026Fall/2027Spring) – First Round Application is now open. This round includes both semester exchange and summer exchange programs.

Application Deadline: 17:00 on Dec. 19, 2025 (Submit pdf and paper to IBBA office)

The IBBA Office only handles "document collection"; the deadline for this round is Dec. 19th.

File naming format:
115(1)_ChineseName_SchoolAbbreviation
Example: 115(1)_李小清_NTHU

4. Important Notes

  1. Each exchange type requires one application form. You may list up to two preferences.

    • If applying for both the semester and summer exchange, please submit two application forms.

    • Other supporting documents need to be submitted only once.

  2. The UST Exchange Program does not provide financial support at this stage.

  3. Students applying for a semester exchange must indicate both the host university and the host department, as well as the semester for exchange.

  4. Students applying for summer exchange:

    • If you found a host professor on the university’s website, please directly fill in the professor’s name and information.

    • If the host university will later assign a professor, students will be notified once the information is published on the UST website.
