The exchange program for 2024 Spring (Self-pay) will be open to receive applications from now until March 6th; If you want to apply for the exchange program, please fill out the appendix1of application, print out and attach the required documents to Ms. Jiang (414 office in TSMC building) before March 6^th, 15:00 p.m.

1.     Eligibility

a.     Is currently registered as an NTHU degree student.

b.     The GPA grade of last academic year was achieved 3.20 or ranked in the top 50% of the class.

c.      Foreign Language proficiency needs to be achieved. (see appendix two)

d.   Each student can fill in up to 5 sister universities, please check out the sister university from appendix 2.

2.     Application

a.     An application form： Please fill out appendix one and print it out.

b.     The transcript of the last academic year with the ranking.

c.    Study plan during the exchange program (Each school needs to attach one study plan, if you apply to 5 schools then you need to attach 5 study plans.)

d.      A photocopy of the Transcript or certificate of Foreign Language proficiency (The scores must have been taken within two years of matriculation to be valid, and can’t replenish)

e.     A photocopy of your passport (Paste on the application form)

f.     A photocopy of your student ID card (Paste on the application form)

g.   Recommendation letter from your advisor

h.   Other: Related documents for evaluation

3.     Procedure

a.     First step: Fill out the application, print out and prepare the required documents, and hand them to Ms. Jiang (414 office in TSMC building) before March 6th, 15:00 p.m.

b.     Second step: When you receive the rank of your application, please refer to the link - https://forms.gle/RvCz1Ns3rhxtxj867 from March 18th 1st to March 24th at 17:00 p.m.), and list the rank.
