The exchange program for 2023 Autumn and 2024 Spring will open to receive applications from September 30th to October 7th; If you want to apply for the exchange program, please fill out the appendix one application and go on the system  (The system will open on September 30th): http://oga-exchange.vm.nthu.edu.tw/outexchange/index/index/puid/11221/lang/en and fill the information, and print out the application and the required documents to Ms. Jiang (414 office in TSMC building) before October 7^th, 15:00 p.m.

1.     Eligibility

a.     Is currently registered as an NTHU sophomore bachelor’s degree student or above.

b.     The GPA grade of last academic year was achieved 3.20 or ranked in the top 50% of the class.

C.     Foreign Language proficiency needs to be achieved. (see appendix two)

d.     International Students can’t join the exchange program in their national country.

e.     International Students can’t apply for the scholarship of the exchange program.

2.     Application

a.     An application form： Please fill out the appendix one and fill out information from the link  http://oga-exchange.vm.nthu.edu.tw/outexchange/index/index/puid/11221/lang/en (from Sep.30th) and printout as well.

b.     The transcript of last academic year with the ranking.

c.      A photocopy of the Transcript or certificate of Foreign Language proficiency

(The scores must have been taken within two years of matriculation to be valid, and can’t replenish)

d.     A photocopy of your passport (Stick on the application form)

e.     A photocopy of your student ID card (Stick on the application form)

f.     Study plan during the exchange program (Each school needs to attach one study plan, if you apply to 10 schools then you need to attach 10 study plans.)

g.     Recommendation letter from your advisor

h.    Other: Related documents for evaluation

3.     Procedure

a.     First step: please go on the system (The system will open on September 30th): http://oga-exchange.vm.nthu.edu.tw/outexchange/index/index/puid/11221/lang/en fill in the information, and print out the application and prepare the required documents to Ms. Jiang (414 office in TSMC building) before October 7th, 15:00 p.m.

b.     Second step: When you receive the rank of your application, please login into the system (Open from November 1st to November 7th at 16:00p.m.) and fill out your information, and list the rank of 10 universities.

4.      Noted

a.     Please don’t just fill out the most popular country, at least fill out 10 universities from different ranks.

c.      The exchange program may be canceled or changed to an online course, due to COVID-19.

d.     If you go to another university for the exchange program; your scholarship offered by NTHU will be stopped.

e.     International students can’t join the exchange program in their national country.
