【Exchange Program】2025 UST Student Exchange Program – Second Round Application (Fall 2025 / Spring 2026) before June 27th

Dear Students,

The University System of Taiwan (UST) is now accepting applications for the Second Round of the 2025 UST Student Exchange Program. 
The IBBA Office only handles "document collection"; the deadline for this round is June 27th.

Please find the key information below:
 
***Exchange Period
  • 1st Semester, Academic Year 114 (Fall 2025)
  • 2nd Semester, Academic Year 113 (Spring 2026)
  • Summer 2025 (approx. 6–10 weeks, depending on the host university’s arrangement)

*** Required Documents(You can use either English or Chinese.)
  1. Application Form (attached; please type using a computer and keep the original layout. Print and sign by hand.)
  2. Photocopies of both sides of your National ID and Student ID cards (to be attached to the designated pages of the application form)
  3. Photocopy of the passport photo page (to be attached to the designated page of the application form)
  4. Study Plan (form attached)
  5. Curriculum Vitae (C.V.)
  6. One Letter of Recommendation in English from a professor
  7. Official English Transcript for the previous academic year
  8. TOEFL or IELTS score report
  9. (Test must be valid within the last 2 years. Not required for applicants to the CUHK Summer Internship Program.)
  10. Other supporting documents (if any)
***Important Notes
  1. Submit only one application form for each type of exchange. You may list up to two preferred host institutions. (If applying for both semester and summer exchange, submit two separate application forms, but only one set of supporting documents is required.)
  2. Students applying for a semester exchange must indicate the host university, host department, and the preferred semester.
  3. Students applying for summer exchange should provide information about their advisor if found on the host university’s website. If the host university has not yet released this information, it may be submitted later.
  4. Students applying for NTHU university-level exchange programs may also apply for this UST exchange program.
*Please note that no financial support will be provided by NTHU for this program in the 2025 academic year.
