Eligibility Requirements:

1. Current second-year undergraduate students of the university.
2. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.76 or above in all semesters.
3. A conduct grade of A in all academic years, with no record of disciplinary violations.
4. Must not be receiving any other internal or external scholarships or financial aid in the current semester.

Required Application Documents:

1. Scholarship application form.
2. Official academic transcript (including semester GPA, class ranking, and conduct grades).
3. Proof of no disciplinary violations. (Apply from The Division of Student Assistance)
4. Certification of not receiving any other internal or external scholarships or financial aid.
