The 114 Academic Year Taiwan University System Student Exchange Program (First Round) is open for applications for both semester and summer exchanges.

The applicants should submit all paper and electronic documents to the IBBA office before December 2nd.

Application Requirements:

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 or a grade of B from the previous academic year.
• TOEFL or IELTS scores (English proficiency requirements vary by university; please refer to the university list from this link for details).

Attachments(Required Documents:):

1. Application Form (as attached, please type on a computer, maintain the original formatting, print, and sign manually).
2. Copies of the front and back of your ID card and student ID (pasted on the designated page of the application form).
3. Passport copy, photo page (pasted on the designated page of the application form).
4. Overseas Study Plan  (format attached)
5. Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) 
6. One English recommendation letter from a professor.
7. English transcript for the previous academic year.
8. TOEFL or IELTS scores (valid within two years. Not required for those applying for the summer internship at The Chinese University of Hong Kong).
9. Other supporting documents are beneficial for the review process.

Important Notes:

• Each type of exchange program requires one application form, and applicants can list up to two preferences. (If applying for both semester and summer exchanges, please submit two separate application forms; other related documents only need to be submitted once.)
• Students applying for a semester exchange should indicate the host university, host department, and selected exchange semester.
• For summer exchange applications, if the applicant finds a host university independently on the host university's website, please fill in the advisor section directly. If the host university is yet to be announced on the UST website, this can be filled in later once it is posted.
• Students applying for NTHU's university-level exchange programs may also apply for this program.
• Currently, there is no financial support for NTHU students participating in the 114 Academic Year Taiwan University System Exchange Program.
