The Spring 2025 exchange program selection process to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau will begin on July 10, until August 10th.

Eligibility and Application Procedures:
Both undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at our university are eligible to apply. Please be aware that each partner school may have specific requirements; some schools only accept undergraduate students or do not accept applications from recent graduates and international students, please check out first the OGA's website:https://oga.site.nthu.edu.tw/p/412-1524-17841.php?Lang=zh-tw

Applicants must have an average GPA of at least 3.2 for the previous two semesters or be in the top 30% of their class. Freshmen, first-year master's, first-year doctoral students, and transfer students must submit their transcripts from the previous semester at our university. The exchange period is limited to one semester.

Required Application Documents:

  • Application form (attached file), and online form-https://forms.gle/fPcJAmtTYGAtBSeq6
  • Study plan
  • Transcripts (Undergraduate students must include class rank, department rank, and cumulative rank; graduate students do not need to provide rankings if not available)
  • Professor's recommendation letter (attached file)
  • English proficiency certificate (required for those applying for exchange programs in Hong Kong)
  • Exchange students must submit a report on their exchange experience upon returning to our university.

Please fill out the online form and submit all the documents to the IBBA office before August 10th at noon by email or paper are all fine.
