【Exchange Program】2027–2028 UST Outgoing Exchange Program (First Round) now open until Nov. 27th 17:00

Dear Students,

The first-round selection for the University System of Taiwan (UST) Outgoing Exchange Program is now open until Nov. 27th.17:00 This round includes:

  • Summer exchange: Summer 2027
  • Semester exchange: Fall 2027 and Spring 2028

Please note that the Office of Global Affairs’ deadline is 4:00 PM, January 4, 2027 (Monday). However, IBBA’s internal deadline may be earlier. Please follow the deadline announced by IBBA.

Application process

Students → IBBA→ College → Office of Global Affairs

Applicants must be recommended by their academic unit. Please do not submit your application directly to the Office of Global Affairs.

Required documents

Please prepare all documents listed in the application form’s checklist and submit both hard-copy and electronic files to IBBA.

Electronic-file naming format:
116(1)_Applicant’s Chinese Name_NTHU

Important notes

  • Each applicant may submit only one application form and list up to two preferences.
  • Please clearly indicate the host university, host department, and preferred exchange semester.
  • No funding subsidy is currently available for this exchange program.
  • Please check that all documents are complete and in the required format before submission. Incomplete applications may affect your eligibility.
